It is intended for coating of mineral surfaces (concrete bases, mortar plasters), of socles and facades of the buildings are made and other surfaces. The paint can be applied on the surfaces previously coated with waterborne, alkyd and oil paint products. It is recommended for coating of concrete bases to protect concrete against carbonization and to prevent corrosion of ferro-concrete constructions.
Non-coated surface: Clean it from loose coatings, dust, oil, grease and other dirt. For cleaning use warm water and for extremely dirty surface it is allowed to use special detergents.
Previously coated surface: Clean thoroughly the surface from old loose coatings (paint or varnish) manually with a wire brush or scratcher, thermally with a hot fan, infra red radiation or chemically with some paint removing treatments. The surface shall be cleaned from different dirt. Surfaces, previously coated with alkyd or oil enamel, shall be sandpapered. After that the surface is treated as non-coated surface.
Small defects of mineral surface shall be corrected with Finishing Putty TM Farbex and sandpapered after it.
It is recommended to treat the surface with Antiseptic product TM Farbex for protection against mould and fungi.
Previously treated mineral and wooden surfaces don't need any undercoating.
Previously treated absorbing mineral surfaces shall be undercoated with acrylic deep-penetrating primer concentrate Super Base 1:4 TM Farbex for levelling of absorbing ability and better adhesion. The primer needs dilution in accordance with the type of the surface (see directions of the primer).
Mix the paint thoroughly before application. The paint shall be applied at the temperature from +10 ºС till +30 ºС and relative air humidity 80% maximum.
ATTENTION! We recommend to apply finishing layer of the paint of the same batch to avoid differences in shades of the color. If you use the product of different batches it is necessary to mix it.
Rinse carefully the tools with water after application.
When calculating the area to be painted, you need to subtract the area that will not be painted. (windows, doors, etc.)
Paint consumption may vary depending on dilution and uniformity of application of the paint.
