New silicone products for facades URBAN Maxima

Introducing new products for facade work – silicone paint and primer URBAN Maxima.

URBAN Maxima facade paint provides a durable coating that is resistant to weathering, moisture, ultraviolet radiation and temperature fluctuations.

Has a “self-cleaning” effect – during precipitation (rain) contaminants are removed from the surface. Reliably protects against moisture penetration, and water vapor is released without obstacles (high vapor permeability and low water absorption according to DSTU EN 1062). Elastic, with good adhesion to surfaces.

Urban Primer Maxima deeply penetrates and strengthens the base of the coating, reduces the water permeability of the base, without affecting the vapor permeability of the complex coating. It is used to improve adhesion, strengthen and level the absorption capacity of various surfaces (brick, concrete, cinder block, cement plasters, drywall and other porous mineral surfaces) before finishing works (plastering, puttying), painting with acrylic and silicone water-dispersion materials inside and outside the premises.
