It is intended for decorative and protective coating of new or previously coated wooden surfaces (walls, doors, window frames, columns, terraces, garden furniture and fences, floor). For exterior and interior use. It can be used for the varnishing of mineral base (bricks, decorative stones, concrete).
The surface must be dry (max humidity is 20%), clean carefully from dirt, grease, dust, blue stain, rot, old pain.
Remove resin from snub spots mechanically.
Old loose paint and weak layers shall be completely removed mechanically (a scraper, a brush), thermal (hot air gun, infrared radiation) or chemical (paint remover) in away.
Grind the surface with fine-grained sandpaper and remove dust.
Previously untreated wooden surfaces should be treated with varnish and thinner at the ratio 1:1.
Mineral surfaces need no undercoating before varnish application.
The varnish is ready to use and needs no dilution.
It is recommended to dilute the varnish with Universal Thinner TM "Maxima".
ATTENTION! Do not use white spirit, solvent, and other oil-based thinners.
Stir the varnish thoroughly before use. Apply the varnish with a brush, a roller or a spraying gun in 1-2 coats.
Favorable temperature of application and drying of each layer of varnish is (23 ± 2) ˚С, relative humidity - (50 ± 5)%. The drying period of every coat is 15 minutes maximum.
Avoid application when the weather is windy and wet and under direct sunlight.
Clean the tools with Universal Thinner TM "Maxima" after finishing the application. Do not let it dry. Then wash with warm water with detergents if necessary.
When calculating the area to be painted, you need to subtract the area that will not be painted. (windows, doors, etc.)
Paint consumption may vary depending on dilution and uniformity of application of the paint.
