Specification

It creates wearproof coating, which is resistant to weather effects, water, salt, temperature fluctuation (heat, frost) and industrial oils. It dries quickly. It can be used together with glass microspheres, which give the coating light-reflecting properties.

Sphere of application

Road marking paint is intended for marking the roadway of vehicle roads, highways, roadways, asphalt, curbs and also concrete surfaces.

Consumption standard of 1 layer 0,6-1 kg/m2 (if wet film is 300-500 micron thick), depending on the type of the surface and the way of application
Thinner ethyl aсetate, buthyl acetate, 647 or 646, maximum 10% of the total mass of the paint.
Application A brush, a roller, a spraying gun, special machinery.
Drying period (23 °С, 50% RH) 30 minutes (if wet film is 300 - 500 micron thick). Drying period increases if the temperature is getting down and the relative air humidity is increasing.

Application instruction

1. Surface preparation

The surface before application shall be dry, clean (without dust, sand, oil and other dirt), without pits and deformations.

 

2. Applying of finishing layer

Stir the paint thoroughly before use. If necessary dilute it with a thinner.

Apply the paint in a single color. The recommended thickness of wet film is less than 500 micron.

The temperature of the road, on what the paint is applied, shall be from +5 °С till +45 °С. It is not allowed to perform the application under direct sunlight, strong wind, precipitations and if the humidity of the air and road is significant.

 

3. Tool cleaning

Clean tools with a thinner and then with warm water with detergents if necessary.
