It is intended for coating of heating radiators, any wooden and undercoated metal surfaces under constant thermal effect.
Non-coated surface: Clean from dust, oil, grease and other dirt. In case of corrosion, the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned with a wire brush, sandpaper. Use chemical products for corrosion removing before mechanical methods for better results.
Previously coated surface: Clean thoroughly the surfaces from old loose coatings (loose paint or varnish coats) mechanically (a scraper, a wire brush), thermally (hot air fan, infrared radiation) or chemically (corrosion removing solutions). The surface shall be cleaned from other dirt. Surfaces previously coated with alkyd or oily enamels shall be treated with sandpaper.
Previously coated surfaces need no undercoating.
Iron surfaces, which were not previously coated shall be undercoated with Anticorrosion primer GP-021 TM "Farbex".
Wooden surfaces, which were not previously coated shall be undercoated with Wood protective primer "Base" TM "Maxima".
Do not apply enamel to heated pipes and radiators!
The enamel is ready to use. Stir thoroughly before use.
Apply with a brush, a roller or a spraying gun in 1-2 layers with intermediate drying of 18 hours. The application shall be performed at the temperature of the surface and air from +15 ºС and relative air humidity of less than 80%.
Clean working tools with solvent or white spirit and after that with warm water and detergent if necessary.
When calculating the area to be painted, you need to subtract the area that will not be painted. (windows, doors, etc.)
Paint consumption may vary depending on dilution and uniformity of application of the paint.
