It is intended for high-quality coating of new and renovation of old wooden and concrete floors indoors.
The surface shall be dry and clean of dust, dirt and grease.
Remove old loose paint coat and weak layers of coat from the hard surface mechanically (with scratcher, wire brush), thermally (hot air fan, infra red radiation) or chemically (paint removing solutions).
Treat the surface, previously coated with oil and alkyd paints, with sandpaper for better adhesion.
All existing holes, cracks and other surface defects shall be corrected with a putty for wooden and mineral surfaces TM Farbex.
Not significant defets of mineral surfaces shall be corrected with Finishing putty TM Farbex and sandpaper after that.
The surface, treated with putty, shall be sandpapered till smooth surface. The abrasing dust shall be removed.
Surfaces, previously coated, shall be not undercoated.
Surfaces, which were not undercoated previously, shall be treated with alkyd wood protective primer TM "Maxima". Make sure that the surface is clean and completely dry before undercoating.
Previously not treated concrete surfaces shall be undercoated with solution of enamel and white spirite at the ratio 1:1.
Stir the enamel thoroughly before application. If necessary delute the enamel till working viscosity with white spirit, solvent, theis mixture or odorless deluent TM Maxima.
Apply the enamel evenly with a brush, a roller or a spraying gun. Application shall be performed at the temperature of air and surface from +10 °С till + 30 °С, maximal air humidity of 85%. For more quality paint coating it is recommended to apply the enamel in 1-2 thin layers!
When calculating the area to be painted, you need to subtract the area that will not be painted. (windows, doors, etc.)
Paint consumption may vary depending on dilution and uniformity of application of the paint.
