It is intended for primary treatment of base layers to harden them and improve adhesion properties and also to simplify application of decorative structured paints and stuccos indoors and outdoors. It is recommended for application on plastered surfaces, brick, concrete and gypsum surfaces, chip wood board, MDF, gypsum board, plywood.
Non-coated surface: Clean it from fragile layers till hard surface. Remove dust, oil, grease and other dirt. Freshly applied coats of plaster shall not be treated during 2-4 weeks.
Previously coated surface: Clean thoroughly the surface from old loose coatings (paint or varnish) manually with a wire brush or a scraper, thermally with a hot air dryer, infrared radiation or chemically with paint removing products. Remove all kinds of dirt. Surfaces, previously coated with alkyd or oily enamel, shall be sandpapered.
Non-significant defects of the surface shall be corrected with Finishing putty TM Farbex and then sandpapered.
It is recommended to treat the surface with antiseptic product TM Farbex for protection against mould and fungi.
Previously treated mineral and wooden surfaces need no undercoating.
Mineral surfaces, which were not treated previously, shall be undercoated with acrylic deep-penetrating primer TM Farbex.
Wooden surfaces, which were not treated previously, shall be undercoated with acrylic wood-protective primer TM Maxima.
Stir thoroughly before use. Paint-primer is ready to use and needs no diluting. Application shall be performed at the temperature from + 5 °С till + 35 °С and relative air humidity of less than 80%.
Do not apply the paint under direct sunlight, strong wind, frost and falls. The surface shall not be affected by falls or subzero temperatures for 4-6 hours after applifaction.
The next works shall be performed after 4-6 hours.
When calculating the area to be painted, you need to subtract the area that will not be painted. (windows, doors, etc.)
Paint consumption may vary depending on dilution and uniformity of application of the paint.
