It is resistant to wet cleaningn (4th class acc. to DSTU EN 13300). It creates matt coating. It is vapor permeable. It is characterized with a perfect adhesion to the base layer. It can be tinted manually with pigment concentrate "Farbex Color", other waterborne pastes or with coloring machine according to the color range NCS and others.
It is intended for coating of any mineral surfaces (cement and cement-lime stucco, plaster, brick, concrete, gypsum), wooden surfaces, wallpaper and fiberglass indoors. It is recommended for primal and renovating coating of ceilings and walls in dry living and administrative spaces with moderate exploitation load.
Non-coated surface: Clean it from loose coatings, dust, oil, grease and other dirt. For cleaning use warm water and for extremely dirty surface it is allowed to use special detergents. After that apply finishing layer of plaster on the whole surface with Finishing putty TM Farbex.
Previously coated surface: Clean thoroughly fthe surface from old loose coatings (paint or varnish) manually with a wire brush or scratcher, thermally with a hot fan, infra red radiation or chemically with some paint removing treatments. Chalk and lime-chalk coatings shall be removed till hard surface mechanically. The surface shall be cleaned from different dirt. Surfaces, previously coated with alkyd or oil enamel, shall be sandpapered. After that the surface is treated as non-coated surface.
Small defects of mineral surface shall be corrected with Finishing Putty TM Farbex and sandpapered after it.
It is recommended to treat the surface with Antiseptic product TM Farbex for protection against mould and fungi.
Previously treated mineral and wooden surfaces need no undercoating.
Previously non-coated absorbing mineral surfaces shall be undercoated with deep-penetrating acrylic primer Base TM "DekArt" to improve adhesion and to level absorbing properties.
Stir the product carefully before application. Dilute it with water if required (max. 10% of the total weight of paint). Abnormal diluting degrades the surface! Application shall be performed at the temperature from + 5 °С till + 35 °С. Apply the paint in 1-2 coats with a brush, a roller or a spraying gun.
Clean tools after application with water. Do not let them dry. Spots of dried paint shall be removed mechanically.
When calculating the area to be painted, you need to subtract the area that will not be painted. (windows, doors, etc.)
Paint consumption may vary depending on dilution and uniformity of application of the paint.
