Specification
Paint with high coverage. It is resistant to repeated washing (resistance to wet abrasion - class 2 acc. to DSTU EN 13300). It creates a matt finishing coat that completely allows walls to breathe. It is characterized by excellent adhesion to the base surface. It is easy to apply. It doesn't run and doesn't spill during application.
Sphere of application
It is intended for interior coating of all mineral (mortar and lime-mortar plaster, finishing plaster, brick, concrete), gypsum and wooden surfaces, wallpaper and fiberglass. It is recommended for coating of walls and ceilings in dry and wet spaces with high exploitation load: living, administrative spaces, medical, infant and educational establishments, spaces of catering and industrial enterprises.
Tinting
It can be tinted manually with Pigment Concentrate Farbex Color, other waterborne coloring pastes or with a coloring machine acc. to NCS color range and others.

Application instruction

1. Surface preparation
Uncoated surface: Clean of fragile coatings, dust, oil, grease and other dirt.
Previously coated surface: Clean thoroughly the surface from old loose coatings (paint or varnish) in mechanical (a scraper, a wire brush), thermal (a hot air dryer, infrared radiation) or chemical way (a paint removing products). Chalk and lime-chalk coatings shall be removed till hard surface in a mechanical way. The surface shall be cleaned of different dirt. Surfaces, previously coated with alkyd or oily enamels, shall be sandpapered. After that, the surface is treated as an uncoated surface.
Non-significant defects of the mineral surface shall be corrected with Finishing Putty TM Farbex. Then sandpaper corrected areas.
It is recommended to treat the surface with Antiseptic product TM Farbex for protection against mould and fungi.
2. Priming
Previously coated mineral and wooden surfaces need no undercoating.
Previously untreated absorbing mineral surfaces shall be undercoated with acrylic deep-penetrating primer TM Farbex.
Previously untreated wooden surfaces shall be undercoated with wood protective acrylic primer TM Maxima.
3. Applying
Stir the product thoroughly before application and dilute with water. Abnormal dilution lessens the quality of the coating! The application shall be performed at the temperature from + 5 °С till + 35 °С and relative air humidity less than 80%. Apply the paint in 1-2 layers with a brush, a roller or a spraying gun.
4. Tool cleaning
Clean tools with water after application. Do not let them dry. The dry product shall be removed from the tools in a mechanical way.
