Sphere of application

It is intended for decorative and protective coating of different mineral surfaces such as natural and artificial stones, bricks, concrete, paving slab, decorative border etc.

Application instruction

Surface preparation

Clean the surface from dust, dirt, resin and oily dirt.

The surface affected with mould, moss, fungis are recommended to be cleaned in prior and be treated with Concentrate antiseptic 1:4 for mineral surfaces TM Fabex.


Mineral surfaces need no undercoating before varnish application.


The varnish is ready to use and needs no delution.

It is recommended to delute the varnish with Universal Thinner TM "Maxima".

ATTENTION! Do not use white spirit, solvent and other oil-based thinners.

Stir the varnish thoroughly before use. Apply the varnish with a brush, a roller or a spraying gun in 1-2 coats.

Favorable temperature of application and drying of each layer of varnish is (23 ± 2) ˚С, relative humidity - (50 ± 5)%. Drying period of every coat is 15 minutes maximum.

Avoide application when the weather is windy and wet and under direct sunlight.

Tool cleaning

Clean the tools with Universal Thinner TM "Maxima" after finishing application. Do not let it dry. Then wash with warm water with detergents if necessary.
