Acrylic panel varnish is intended for decorative and protective treatment of linings, scrub-boards, window frames, panels of natural wood, plywood, chip board, MDF, mineral surfaces (bricks, decorative stone, concrete, plaster, putty). Do not use for lackering of floor and furniture!
The surface must be dry (max humidity is 20%), clean carefully from dirt, grease, dust, blue stain, rot, old paint.
The surface should be sanded. Remove the dust.
Remove mildew and external organics mechanically (with a scrapper or a brush). Process the surface with Antiseptic for wooden surfaces Farbex.
Remove resin in snub spots mechanically.
Previous coating should be completely removed in mechanical way(with a scrapper or a brush), in thermal way( with a dryer, infrared emission), or in chemical way (with paint removal agents).
Avoid cleaning methods, which can damage wood ( e.g. air sand blower).
Holes, chinks or unevennesses shold be levelled with putty for wood TM "Farbex".
Polish the surface, remove dust.
Before priming make sure that wooden surface is clean and dry.
For providing the best defensive effect and solid color prime new or cleaned from old rests surfaces with wood protective acrylic primer TM Maxima.
Process end faces more carefully until they are intense.
Before putting the finish layer, make sure that primed film is dry enough.
Warnish is ready for use, if needed thin with water (not more than 10% of weight).
Apply with 1-2 layers with intermediate polishing. Next layer must be applied not earlier, than in 2-3 hours. The surface hardens completely and obtains its qualities in 14 days.
Works should be conducted at air and surface temperature from +10 ºС to +30 ºС and relative humidity less than 80%.
When calculating the area to be painted, you need to subtract the area that will not be painted. (windows, doors, etc.)
Paint consumption may vary depending on dilution and uniformity of application of the paint.
