It is intended for coating of wooden, metal surfaces previously prepared for that purpose. It is intended for exterior and interior works.

1. Preliminary preparation
Metal surfaces:
new ones shall be cleaned of dirt, dust and degreased.
previously coated surfaces shall be cleaned of old loose and weak coats in a mechanical (a scraper, a wire brush), thermal (a hot air dryer, infrared radiation) or chemical (paint removing products) way. Polish the surface with a finegrained sandpaper. Remove abrasive dust and degrease the surface.
Wooden surfaces:
new ones shall be cleaned of dirt, dust and degreased.
previously coated surfaces shall be cleaned of old loose and weak coats in a mechanical (a scraper, a wire brush), thermal (a hot air dryer, infrared radiation) or chemical (paint removing products) way. Avoid methods of cleaning, which can damage the timber (e. g. a sand blust apparatus). Hallows, existing on the wood surface, cracks and damaged areas shall be corrected with Putty for wooden and mineral surfaces TM Farbex.
the surfaces, coated with varnish, shall be treated to remove peeled coats till matt surface. Then remove abrasive dust from the surface.
2. Priming
Previously coated wooden surfaces need no undercoating.
Previously uncoated wooden surfaces shall be obligatorily undercoated. Make sure that the wooden surface is clean and fully dry before applying of the primer. Treat the new or old surfaces, cleaned of old coats, with wood-protective primer TM Delfi for the best protective effect. Edges of wooden surfaces shall be treated more carefully until complete soaking.
3. Application
Before applying a finishing layer, make sure that the undercoated surface is dry enough. Dilute it with a thinner if necessary. Apply the varnish in 1-2 coats with intermediate polishing. Apply each next coat not before 24 hours. The application shall be performed at the temperature of air and the surface from +10 ºС till +35 ºС and relative air humidity less than 80%. Do not apply the varnish under direct sunlight, strong wind and precipitations. The coat shall not be affected with precipitations during 24 hours after application. 24 hours. Complete hardening of the surface and obtaining its properties is in 14 days.
4. Tool cleaning
Tools shall be cleaned with a solvent and then with warm water and detergents if necessary.
