Plaster allows you to imitate natural coatings with a polished glossy or matte structure: concrete effect, concrete plaster, marble, travertine stone, shell rock, and also create various relief structures. Hides minor surface irregularities, vapor-permeable.
Sphere of application
For interior work. Intended for high-quality decoration of mineral substrates (cement and cement-lime plaster, putty, gypsum, brick, concrete) in residential and office premises, as well as shops, restaurants, and bars.
Tinting
It is colored manually using the pigment concentrate "Farbex Color", other water-based coloring pastes or by machine. The adhesive primer "Quartz Primer" TM "Maxima Decor" must be colored in a color close to the material.
It is recommended to use products from one batch to avoid the differences in shades of color.
Modifications in the technical properties of products are allowed after tinting.

Application instruction
1. Surface preparation
The surface must be strong, dry, and free of dust, loose coatings, chalk, limescale, efflorescence, grease, and other contaminants.
2. Priming
It is recommended to treat the surface with a deep penetration primer TM «Maxima» or TM «Farbex». Apply adhesive primer with quartz filler «Quartz Primer» TM «Maxima Decor» to the prepared surface, wait for it to dry.
3. Applying
Mix the plaster before use. Apply the first layer of material, evenly distributing the plaster over the surface. After the first layer has dried, apply the second, thin, even layer. After application, form a pattern using a spatula, trowel, “1000 lines” brush or other decorative tool, depending on the texture you want to obtain. After 10-20 minutes after the moisture has stabilized, smooth the material, compacting and leveling with a stainless steel trowel. As soon as the material begins to dry, it is necessary to continue compacting with a plastic trowel to avoid blackening. To improve performance characteristics and give an individual decorative appearance, use waxes “Cera” and “Cera Frontale” TM “Maxima Decor”.
The drying time for a single coat is 24 hours. The plaster dries to the touch in 4 hours. Do not apply the next coat until at least 24 hours have passed. Drying time increases with lower temperatures, higher relative humidity, and increased plaster application rate (layer thickness). After application, the surface must not be exposed to moisture or mechanical stress for 24 hours. The surface is fully dry after 28 days.
Work should be carried out at air and working surface temperatures from + 10 °C to + 30 °C and air humidity not more than 80%. Do not mix with other materials and organic solvents.
4. Tool cleaning
Clean tools with water after application. Do not let them dry. The dry product shall be removed from the tools in a mechanical way.
