Specification
It creates hard, longlasting, resistant to aggressive effects of nature (precipitation, UV radiation, moisture, alkali, temperature fluctuation) high-quality matt coating with high vapor permeability and low water absorption. It is easy to apply. It doesn't run when applying.
Sphere of application
It is intended for coating of facades of the buildings with mineral base surfaces (mortar, chalky mortar plasters, filler, brick, concrete, slag block) as well as gypsum, wooden surfaces. It is recommended for primary and renewal coating of facades of living, historical, public, administrative and office buildings, warehouses and architectural monuments and for works at the sea districts.
Tinting
It can be tinted manually with Pigment Concentrate Farbex Color, other waterborne coloring pastes or with a coloring machine acc. to NCS color range and others.

Application instruction

1. Preliminary preparation
Uncoated surface: clean from fragile surfaces till hard base surface, dust, oil, grease and other dirt.
Previously coated surfaces: clean thoroughly the surface of old loose coats (pealed paint or varnish) in mechanical (a scraper, a wire brush), thermal (hot air dryer, infrared radiation) or chemical (paint removing products) way. Clean the surface from all kinds of dirt. The surfaces, previously coated with alkyd or oil enamel, shall be sandpapered. Then treat the surface as the uncoated one.
Non-significant defects of mineral surfaces shall be corrected with finishing putty TM Farbex. Then sandpaper the surface.
It is recommended to treat the surface with antiseptic product TM Farbex for protection against mould and fungi.
2. Priming
Previously treated mineral and wooden surfaced need no undercoating.
Previously untreated absorbing mineral surfaces shall be undercoated with acrylic deep-penetrating primer TM Farbex.
Previously untreated wooden surfaces shall be undercoated with wood-protective acrylic primer TM Maxima.
3. Application
Stir thoroughly before use. Dilute with water if necessary. Abnormal dilution makes the quality of the coating worse! Coating shall be performed at the temperature of air and the surface from + 5 °С till + 35 °С and relative air humidity less than 80%. Apply the paint in 1-2 coats with a brush, a roller or a spraying gun.
Do not apply the paint under direct sunlight, strong wind, frost and precipitations. The coating shall not be affected with precipitation or sub-zero temperatures for 8 hours after the coating is applied.
4. Tool cleaning
Clean tools with water after application. Do not let them dry. The dry product shall be removed from the tools in a mechanical way.
