Paint for walls and ceilings

Snow white paint with high application rate. Due to its high degree of whiteness it visually enlights space. It doesn't yellow through the time. It creates matt coating which lets the walls "breathe" well. It is applied easily, doesn't run and splash white applicating. It is resistant to wet cleaning (wet abrasion resistance - 4 class acc. to SSU EN 13300). It is shaded manually with  waterborne pigment concentrate "Farbex Color" or in the color machine acc. to NCS color rate.

Sphere of application

It is intended for interior mineral surfaces of plaster, putty, brick, concrete, gypsum and also wooden surfaces, wallpapers and fiberglass. It is recommended for coating of ceilings and walls in dry spaces with moderate exploitation load: living and admenistrative spaces.

Application instruction

Surface preparation

Non-coated surfaces: Clean the surface from loose coatings, dust, oil, grease and other dirt. Use warm water for cleaning. When the surface is very dirty use special detergents for cleaning. Then provide finishing coating of the whole surface with Finishing Putty TM Farbex and sand after.

Previously coated surfaces: Clean thorougly the surface from old loose coatings (loose paint or varnish) mechanically (scraper, wire brush), termally (hot air gun, infrared heat) or chemically (paint removal solution). Remove chalk and lime-chalk coats till hard surface mechanically. THe surface shall be also cleaned from other dirt. Surfaces, previously coated with alkyd and oily enamels, shall be sanded. After these preparation treat the surface as non-coated surface.

Small defects of mineral surface shall be corrected with Finishing putty TM Farbex and sanded after.

It is recommended to treat the surface with aniseptic solution TM Farbex for protection against mold and fungi.

Previously treated wooden surfaces need no undercoating.

Previously non-treated absorbing  mineral surfaces shall be treated with deep penetrating primer TM Farbex. The primer shall be diluted in accordance with a type of the surface (see instruction for primer use).

Applying of finishing layer

Stir the product carefully before application. Dilute it with water if required (max. 10% of the total weight of paint). Abnormal diluting degrades the surface! Application shall be performed at the temperature from + 5 °С till + 35 °С. Apply the paint in 1-2 coats with a brush, a roller or a spraying gun.

Tool cleaning

Clean tools after application with water. Do not let them dry. Spots of dried paint shall be removed mechanically.

Flow calculator

Consumption standard of 1 layer

When calculating the area to be painted, you need to subtract the area that will not be painted. (windows, doors, etc.)

Paint consumption may vary depending on dilution and uniformity of application of the paint.
