The surface shall be performed according to DSTU - NB A.3.1-23:2013, DSTU - NB V.2.6-33:2018. The surface shall be dry, thoroughly cleaned of loose coats, dust, mud, oil, grease and other dirt.
Defects of the surface shall be coated with plaster. Highly absorbing surfaces shall be treated with deep-penetrating primer TM "Farbex". Undercoated surfaces or surfaces with low absorbing properties shall be treated with Universal Paint-primer TM "Farbex".
It is recommended to check fix reliability on the separation of plate samples (15 * 15 cm) with the base surface.
The adhesive solution shall be stirred manually or with a machine till homogeneous consistency. Repeat stirring in 5 minutes. Then use the mix for 2 hours.
Application shall be performed at the temperature of the surface from + 5 °С till + 30 °С. After application, the mix shall be protected against quick drying, frost and rain. All directions are effective if the temperature of the surface is + 20 °С and relative air humidity is 60%. Apply the adhesive mix with a line of 4-5 cm on the edges of insulating boards for gluing. Make 6-8 spots minimum 1 cm high and 10 cm in diameter in the middle of the board. It allows further leveling of the boards on the surface correspondingly. Area coated with the mix shall cover minimum of 40% of the total area of the board.
Apply the adhesive mix on the whole surface with a notched trowel with the size of the notch of 8*8 mm or 10*10 mm if the surface is flat. Do not apply the mix on the edges of the boards. Remove extra mix. Head joints shall be applied in a cross manner. The width of the joints shall be maximum of 2 mm.
It is recommended to make a thin contact coat on the edges of the mineral and polystyrene foam boards in prior on the places, where the spots with the mix will be formed. It makes work with the boards and their assembling significantly easier.
The instrument shall be thoroughly washed with water after application.
It is necessary to start the production of a plaster reinforced coat in 72 hours after the boards are joint.
The manufacturer is not responsible for the incorrect use of the product and if it is applied out of accordance with the present directions.
