It is intended for decorative and protective coating of undercoated or previously coated radiators and elements of heating, and also undercoated metal surfaces.

Application instruction

Preliminary preparation

Non-coated surface: Clean the surface from loose coats, dust, oil, grease, and other dirt. If their corrosion on the surface it shall be thoroughly with a wire brush and sandpaper. Use chemical products for corrosion removing before mechanical methods for better results.

Previously coated surface: Clean thoroughly the surface from old loose coats of any paint or varnish mechanically (with a scratcher, a wire brush), thermally (with a hot air fan, infrared radiation) or chemically (solutions for paint removing). The surface shall be cleaned from different kinds of dirt. Treat the surfaces coated with alkyd or oily enamels with a sandpaper.

Priming

Previously coated (treated) surfaces require no undercoating.

Previously non-coated (non-treated) wooden surfaces require to be undercoated with acrylic wooden primer TM Maxima; absorbing mineral surfaces shall be treated with acrylic primer with deep-penetration Base TM Farbex; metal surfaces shall be treated with anti-corrosion primer GP-021 TM Farbex.

Applying of finishing layer

Stir the enamel thoroughly. The enamel is ready to use. Dilute the enamel with water (maximum 10% of the enamel weight) if required. Abnormal diluting causes the quality of the coating. It is not recommended to perform an application on working heating systems!

Apply with a brush, a roller or a spraying gun in 1-2 coats with intervals of 4 hours. Application shall be performed at the temperature of air and the surface from +10 ºС and air humidity lower than 80%.

Tool cleaning

Having finished the work equipment shall be cleaned with water.
