It is intended for previously treated wooden surfaces (doors, window frames, sawn and chipped timber and also previously non-treated and treated wooden constructions) before further coating.
Working surface must be dry (moisture less than 20%), and must not contain fungus, blustain, rot or mildew.
Remove resin in snub spots mechanically or using white spirit.
Previous coating (paint or woodcare product) should be completely removed in mechanical way(with a scrapper or a brush), in thermal way(with a dryer, infrared emission), or in chemical way (with paint removal agents).
Avoid cleaning methods, which can damage wood ( e.g. air sand blower).
Holes, chinks or unevennesses shold be levelled with putty for wood TM "Farbex".
Polish the surface, remove dust.
Before using primer should be carefully mixed. It is ready to use. It should be applied with brush, roller or paint blower. To provide maximum protective effect, wooden surface should be primed with 1-2 layers. But ends should be carefully painted until they are intense. Works must be conducted at air and surface temperature not less than +10ºС. Drying time of one layer at temperature 23 ± 2 ºС and humidity 50 ± 5% is 5 hours. Next layer must be applied not earlier, than in 5 hours. When priming horizontal surface and excess primer flow, it might take more time to dry completely. Avoid painting under wet or windy conditions.
Clean tools with solvent after painting. Dry primer may be removed only mechanically.
When calculating the area to be painted, you need to subtract the area that will not be painted. (windows, doors, etc.)
Paint consumption may vary depending on dilution and uniformity of application of the paint.
