The surface has great characteristic values of weather resistance, durability and resistibility. Temperature drop resistant. Possesses great adhesion and hiding power. Resistant to intensive washing (using washing and cleaning products).
Intended for wooden, preprimed metal and other surfaces, under weather effect, and for indoor painting.
Intended for doors, windows, window sills, fences, tubes and other metal and wooden surfaces, also walls, which require washing.
The surface must be dry, clean carefully from dirt, grease, dust, blue stain, rot, old paint.
Remove old flaking paint and weakly linked layers to the solid foundation mechanically(with a scrapper or a brush), thermally ( with a dryer, infrared emission), or in chemical way (with paint removal agents).
Metal surface should be carefully cleaned from rust with metal brush or grit paper. Chemical means may be used before mechanical tools for better rust removal.
Previously painted(with oil or alkyd paint) surface should be sanded for better adhesion.
Holes, slits and irregularities on wooden surface should be smoothed with putty for wood Farbex. The surface should be sanded. Remove the dust.
Metal surface shold be carefully cleaned from rust and primed with anticorrosion ТМ "Farbex" prime coating.
Wooden surface should be primed with woodcare product ТМ "Maxima" or anticorrosion ТМ "Farbex" prime coating. Before laying, check to be sure, that the surface is clean and dry.
Before applying enamel should be mixed untill smooth, if needed thin with solvent, white-spirit (nefras С4-155/200), their mixture or odorless solvent TM “Maxima”. Enamel should be applied smoothly with brush, roller or spray gun. Paint at the temperature of environment and surface from +100 °С to + 30 °С, humidity not more than 85 %. To get more qualititative film put enamel with 1-2 thin layers.
When calculating the area to be painted, you need to subtract the area that will not be painted. (windows, doors, etc.)
Paint consumption may vary depending on dilution and uniformity of application of the paint.
